With our Drone App application, carry out autonomous blade inspections using consumer drones tailored to your needs. Reduce costs, save time and get accurate results, without compromising on precision and quality.
100% Inspection Coverage
The Drone App ensures complete coverage of the blade surface with calibrated trajectories. Every millimeter is inspected, with no areas left out. Flight stability guarantees reliable data for effective preventive maintenance.
Safe Flight Around the Blades
Inspections are carried out in complete safety, with no need to manipulate the turbine. The application guarantees stable and safe flight around the blades, minimizing risks and impact on operations.
High-precision Inspections
With sub-millimetre precision, our application will enable your drone to detect even the smallest anomalies, guaranteeing top-quality inspections to anticipate blade failure.
Easy Integration
Our application integrates easily with existing systems, centralizing inspection data. It adapts to your management tools and simplifies monitoring the condition of your wind turbines.
Flight Procedure
Installation (2 min)
The turbine is stopped on-site or remotely, with one blade pointing upwards (anti-Y).
Calibration (3 min)
The pilot brings the drone up to the Hub for calibration.
Automatic Flight (15 min)
Cornis’ Drone App creates the trajectory, the pilot launches the flight and the drone automatically scans the turbine. The pilot can interrupt the flight at any time in case of emergency.
Total duration: 20 minutes per turbine
Compatible Drones
We work mainly with DJI drones.
The application is also compatible with the following drones:
Mavic 4E
Mavic 3
Matrice 350, 300
And other compatible models.
onshore / offshore
Ultra HD Drone Inspection
Cornis’ Dronne App enables autonomous ultra-HD inspections of wind turbine blades with consumer drones. It offers complete coverage, sub-millimeter accuracy and safe flight without prolonged turbine downtime. Easy to integrate, it centralizes data for efficient monitoring. Each inspection takes just 20 minutes per turbine.
